The scaly-breasted wren-babbler or scaly-breasted cupwing (Pnoepyga albiventer) is a species of passerine bird in the family Pnoepygidae. It is found in India, Bhutan, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Tibet and Vietnam. The Taiwan wren-babbler was once treated as a subspecies of this species. Its natural habitat is subtropical moist montane forest. Within that habitat it is usually found near water. The species undertakes some altitudinal migration, moving closer to sea level during the winter over some of its range. \n* in Kullu - Manali District of Himachal Pradesh, India \n* \n*
