Radermachera ignea, also known as tree jasmine and pip thong (Thai: ปีบทอง), is a species of plant in the Bignoniaceae family endemic to Northern Thailand and northern Laos and is found from Burma to the island of Hainan. It is a deciduous tree that grows up to 20 m in height and has striking orange-colored flowers that grow straight from the trunk. This tree is the provincial tree of Chiang Rai Province. It is also the tree of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University and Suranaree University of Technology.
