Magnolia neillii is a species of plant in the Magnoliaceae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. If the Magnolia family is treated as consisting of a large number of smaller genera, then this species is placed in genus Talauma.
