Boulengerula fischeri is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family.It is endemic to Rwanda where it is only known from around its type locality near Cyangugu, southwestern Rwanda.Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. Aside from possibly occurring in Nyungwe Forest, nothing else is known about the species.
