Scinax altae is a species of frog in the Hylidae family endemic to Panama.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, intermittent freshwater marshes, plantations, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forests.It is threatened by habitat loss.
