Viburnum plicatum (Japanese: yabudemari, oodemari), common name Japanese snowball, is a species of flowering plant in the family Adoxaceae (formerly Caprifoliaceae), native to mainland China, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Plants from Taiwan are sometimes distinguished as Viburnum plicatum var. formosanum Liu & Ou.
