Eucalyptus archeri, also known as alpine cider gum, is a shrub or small tree of 4 to 12 meters in height, recognizable by its smooth, olive green to grey bark. It is endemic to Tasmania, where it grows above 1000 meters on peaty soils. The specific name archeri comes from William Archer, secretary of the Royal Society of Tasmania.
