Acacia retinervis is a tree or shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to a large area in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The tree or shrub typically grows to a height of 2 to 12 metres (7 to 39 ft). It has fissured brown bark and blooms from April to September producing yellow flowers.
