Grevillea extorris is a shrub of the genus Grevillea native to a small area in the Mid West, Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia. The spreading, bushy shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 2.5 metres (3 to 8 ft) and has non-glaucous branchlets. It has simple flat linear undissected leaves with a blade that is 60 to 110 millimetres (2 to 4 in) in length and 1 to 3 mm (0.04 to 0.12 in) wide. It blooms from May to October and produces a terminal raceme inflorescence with yellow, red or pink flowers.
