Grevillea cirsiifolia is a shrub of the genus Grevillea native to the South West and southern Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. The prostrate shrub typically grows to 0.1 to 0.45 metres (0.3 to 1.5 ft) in height and has non-glaucous branchlets. It has simple linear flat leaves that have an pinnatifid shape and are 45 to 200 millimetres (1.8 to 7.9 in) long and 5 to 30 mm (0.2 to 1.2 in) wide.
