Wikipedia Abstract

Pittosporum erioloma is a shrub or small tree that is endemic to Lord Howe Island. It is known as the Lord Howe Island Pittosporum or Hedge Laurel. However, it is not a member of the Laurel family. It occurs in habitats above 300 metres above sea level, to the summits of Mount Gower and Mount Lidgbird. It prefers more sunny areas at the edges of the rainforest.
