Vaccinium koreanum Nakai, common name "Korean blueberry" in English or "hong guo yue ju" in Chinese, is a plant species native to Korea and also to neighboring Liaoning Province in China. It is a deciduous shrub with toothed leaves and red, ellipsoid berries.
