Wikipedia Abstract

Coldenia is a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the borage family, Boraginaceae. The sole species is Coldenia procumbens. It has been traditionally assigned to the subfamily Ehretioideae, but molecular data revealed it to be more closely related to the genus Cordia, so that it is currently placed in Cordioideae.
