Alexfloydia is an Australian genus of perennial stoloniferous plants panic grass subfamily of the grass family. This genus is found only in Coastal Eastern New South Wales. There is one known species, Alexfloydia repens. This genus was named in honour of the species discoverer, Australian botanist Alexander Floyd (1926-).
