Aloe lomatophylloides (previously Lomatophyllum lomatophylloides) is a species of Aloe endemic to the island of Rodrigues, in the Indian Ocean. It is part of a group of aloes which bear fleshy berries, and were therefore classed as a separate group, "Lomatophyllum".
