Dioscorea hamiltonii is a species of Dioscorea native to southern China (including Taiwan), northern Indochina (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar) and the Himalayas (Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Assam). Dioscorea hamiltonii is used as an ingredient in a type of chè: chè củ mài.
