Quercus glabrescens is a species of trees in the beech family. It is endemic to central Mexico, found in México State, Hidalgo, Puebla, Veracruz, and Oaxaca. Quercus glabrescens is a tree up to 15 meters tall with thick leathery leaves up to 11 cm long, elliptical or egg-shaped with a few wavy lobes along the edges.
