The Long Bloee caecilian, Ichthyophis atricollaris, is a species of amphibian in the Ichthyophiidae family endemic to Sarawak, Borneo (Malaysia). The precise type locality, as well as its habitat, are unknown. The type series varied 204–285 mm (8.0–11.2 in) in total length.
