Pseudoeurycea lynchi (Veracruz green salamander)

Pseudoeurycea lynchi is a species of salamander in the family Plethodontidae. It is endemic to the central Sierra Madre Oriental in Veracruz and Puebla states, Mexico. Its common name is Veracruz green salamander. This terrestrial salamander has direct development. Its natural habitats are cloud forests. It can be found in decaying wood, under bark of logs, under moss, and under pine logs, but it is often found off the ground. It can survive in degraded forest and rural gardens too.
