Eleutherodactylus lucioi is a species of frog in the Eleutherodactylidae family. It is endemic to Haiti and only known from its type locality in the Nord-Ouest Department. The species was record in a rocky ravine in remnant riparian forest. It has not been recorded after it was first collected. Habitat loss caused by logging and agriculture is threat to this species, and it is not known whether it survives.
