The montane hylomyscus or montane wood mouse (Hylomyscus denniae) is a species of rodent in the family Muridae.It is found in Angola, Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and possibly Malawi.Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
