Lemke's hutia (Rhizoplagiodontia lemkei) is an extinct species of rodent in the family Capromyidae. It is monotypic within the genus Rhizoplagiodontia. It was endemic to Haiti. Its natural habitat was subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
