The long-tailed fantail (Rhipidura opistherythra) is a species of bird in the Rhipiduridae family. It is endemic to the Lesser Sunda Islands of Indonesia where its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
