The buzzing flowerpecker or white-bellied flowerpecker (Dicaeum hypoleucum) is a species of bird in the Dicaeidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
