The scarlet-shouldered parrotlet (Touit huetii) is a species of parrot in the family Psittacidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
