Parornix peregrinaella is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Canada (Nova Scotia and Québec) and the United States (New Jersey and Vermont). The larvae feed on Comptonia asplenifolia and Comptonia peregrinaentosa. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
