Acanthemblemaria castroi, the Galapagos barnacle blenny, is a species of chaenopsid blenny endemic to coral reefs in the Galapagos Islands, in the southeast Pacific ocean. It can reach a maximum length of 6 centimetres (2.4 in) TL.
