Wikipedia Abstract

Xenocys jessiae is a species of grunt endemic to the Galapagos Islands where it is found along rocky slopes at depths from 3 to 18 m (9.8 to 59.1 ft). This species grows to 30 cm (12 in) TL. This species is the only known member of its genus.
