Ethmia antennipilosa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Wang and Li in 2004. It is found in China (Guangxi). The length of the forewings is about 10.5 mm. The forewings are light grey, somewhat pale brown. There are fourteen irregularly shaped black spots or blotches scattered on the surface. The hindwings are pale grey.
