Elophila turbata is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Butler in 1881. It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo, India, Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Yakushima, Amami islands, the Ryukyus) and the Russian Far East (Amur, Ussuri). The ground colour of the forewings is yellowish fulvous for males and dark brownish for females. Adults have been recorded on wing from May to October in Japan.
