Spinitibia is a genus of moths in the Autostichidae family. It contains only one species, Spinitibia hodgesi, which is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
