Dendrophilia mediofasciana is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Park in 1991. It is found in Russia (Primorskii krai), Korea and Japan (Honshu). The wingspan is 11-13 mm. The markings and pattern of the forewings are very similar to those of Dendrophilia saxigera. The larvae feed on Lespedeza bicolor.
