Hileithia rehamalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1914. It is found in Mexico (Tehuacan), Alabama, Arizona, Kentucky, New Mexico and Texas. The wingspan is about 15 mm. The wings are white with irregular black lines. Adults have been recorded on wing from May to August.
