Wikipedia Abstract

Episcepsis inornata is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Walker in 1856. It is found in Central America (including Guatemala and Costa Rica). It has also been recorded from southern Texas. The wingspan is about 37 mm. Adults have two scarlet spots on the vertex and paired scarlet spots on the shoulders and scarlet fore-coxae. The forewing apices are black.
