The Sierra Juarez hidden salamander, Sierra Juarez moss salamander, or simply Sierra Juarez salamander (Thorius adelos) is a species of salamander in the family Plethodontidae. It is endemic to the Caribbean slopes of the Sierra de Juarez and Sierra Mazateca, Oaxaca, Mexico.
