Muscicapa sodhii (Sulawesi Streaked Flycatcher)

Wikipedia Abstract

The Sulawesi streaked flycatcher (Muscicapa sodhii) is a small passerine bird in the Old World flycatcher family. It has only been recorded in Sulawesi, where it is known to breed. It appears not to be endangered, being less sensitive to disturbance than many of Southeast Asia's forest-dependent birds. The species was first announced in 1999 but no formal description was included in the report. Its Latin name, Muscicapa sodhii, was given in honor of Navjot Sodhi (1962-2011), an Indian ornithologist and conservationist.
