Scrobipalpa nigrigrisea is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Bidzilya and Li in 2010. It is found in Tibet. The wingspan is about 13 mm. The forewings are grey, with two indistinct black dots in the middle of the cell, and a black diffused spot at two-thirdsnear the dorsal margin. The hindwings are light grey. Adults are on wing in June and July.
