Scrobipalpa distincta is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Bidzilya and Li in 2010. It is found in China (Gansu, Ningxia, Henan). The wingspan is 13–14 mm. The forewings are covered with light grey, black-tipped scales, which are concentrated mainly along the costal margin and in the subapical portion. There are two small black streaks at two-thirds, one more distinct at the corner of the cell and very narrow streak near the apex. The apex has distinct black spots. The hindwings are grey. Adults are on wing in May and July.
