Garrha carnea is a moth in the Oecophoridae family. It was described by Zeller in 1855. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. The larvae feed on the dead leaves of Eucalyptus species. They construct a case from two oval pieces of a dead leaf of the hostplant joined with silk. Pupation takes place in the case.
