Retinia impropria is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in China (Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Yunnan), Japan, Mongolia and Russia. The larvae feed on Larix decidua, Larix sibirica, Larix polonica and Larix dahurica.
