Limax ecarinatus (also known as Limacus maculatus when the subgenus Limacus is elevated to the generic level), is a large species of air-breathing land slug, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Limacidae, the keelback slugs. This species is synanthropic. It is most likely to be confused with Limax flavus, which it somewhat resembles.
