Hellinsia nodipes is a moth of the Pterophoridae family. It is found in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica and Ecuador. The wingspan is 27‑31 mm. The forewings are brown‑ochreous and the markings are brown, consisting of a group of scales at the center and distal in the discus, an oblique spot well before the base of the cleft, a longitudinal line in the first lobe reaching from an oblique dash before the cleft and a costal spot above the base of the cleft. The hindwings and fringes are brown‑grey. Adults are on wing in January, March and from May to July.
