Oxypselaphus obscurus is a species of beetle from Carabidae family, that can be found everywhere in Europe except for Albania, Andorra, Croatia, Iceland, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, and Vatican City. The species are black coloured with yellow legs.
