Plectrohyla cembra is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Mexico. Its natural habitats are temperate forests and rivers. It is found in the Sierra Madre del Sur range of western Michoacán state. It is a threatened species due to ongoing habitat loss.
