Zollernia is a genus of the family Fabaceae native to Central and South America. Zollernia are trees or shrubs that flower annually. Leaves of Zollernia ilicifolia are used medicinally as an analgesic and antiulcerogenic by the peoples of the Brazilian Tropical Atlantic Rainforest.
