Chlorophorus sartor is a species of round-necked longhorns belonging to the family Cerambycidae, subfamily Cerambycinae. This widespread and common beetle is present in most Europe, in East Palearctic ecozone and in the Near East. The adults grow up to 7 – 10 mm and can be encountered from May through July, completing their life cycle in two year. The imagos fly the second year. Head, pronotum and elytra are black or brownish and the elytrae show three light stripes and dots.
