Wikipedia Abstract

Zhou's box turtle (Cuora zhoui) is a species of turtle in the family Geoemydidae (formerly Bataguridae). Apparently endemic to China, it is only known from Chinese food market specimens to date, and from limited captive breeding by only three pairs held by two groups of private breeders in Germany and in the United States.
