Tramea basilaris, also known as the keyhole glider or wheeling glider, is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. Tramea basilaris is found throughout most of Africa and in India. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, shrub-dominated wetlands, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
