Minonoa perbella is a moth in the Dalceridae family. It was described by Schaus in 1905. It is found in southern Brazil. The habitat consists of subtropical wet and warm temperate moist forests. The length of the forewings is 11 mm. The forewings are yellow, the outer half suffused with fuscous, very dark at the termen. There is a wavy antimedian line and a brown spot in the cell, as well as an orange line bordered by dark fuscous on the discocellulars, followed distally by a yellow space. There are also yellow spaces between the veins at the margin, especially at the apex. The hindwings are orange-yellow, with dark fuscous inner and outer margins.
