Citheronia hamifera is a species of moth in the family Saturniidae. It is found in Trinidad, Peru, Guyana, French Guiana, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador and Brazil. Adults are reddish-black. Larvae have been reared on Ligustrum ovalifolium.
